We didn't set out to reinvent pizza — we just wanted to make it the way we grew up eating it, with dough proofed slow, sauce that tastes like tomatoes, and a crust you can fold without it cracking. Twelve years in, our regulars still come in on Fridays without ordering, and we still hand-toss every single pie. That's not a slogan. That's just how we cook.

You can tell this place is doing it the old way. The crust has actual chew, the sauce tastes like real tomatoes, and the pepperoni cups up the way it's supposed to. Most authentic pie I've had outside the city.
